Computers….
This morning I dicated two long patient reports into the computer at w*rk. I checked carefully that the audio files were saved etc.
After lunch one of the IT tech came and said that “there had been a minor problem”, so would I please repeat those reports… It took me well over one hour to reconstruct them, hopefully correct. The idea of doing the reports just after the visit is to avoid delays, misunderstanding, mixups etc.
Of cause both the elderly ladies I saw this morning were extremely alike each other.

I think I’m going back to cassettes and a tape recorder again. *sighs at new technology*
